Outside of work, Lakshan loves to stay active; you can find him at the gym or enjoying leisurely nature walks.

As VP Education of the IIBA Colombo Chapter, he is committed to fostering continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing within the Business Analysis community.

Alongside his professional work, Nabeel contributes to the business analysis community as a writer for the IIBA and actively participates in IIBA Colombo Chapter initiatives. He is passionate about continuous learning, mentoring aspiring professionals, and staying engaged with evolving technology and trends.

Rajitha Peiris is a seasoned Product Management and Business Analysis professional with 10+ years of experience delivering digital products and transformation initiatives across Telecommunications, FinTech, Healthcare, PropTech, Capital Markets, and Manufacturing.

He has worked across the product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition to solution design, agile delivery, go-to-market, and continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams across local and international markets.

He is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and IIBA Certified Product Ownership Analysis (CPOA) professional. He also serves as an IIBA certification trainer, supporting aspiring business analysis professionals in their certification journey.

Holding an MBA in Business Analytics, he is passionate about helping organizations solve complex business problems through technology-enabled solutions. His interests include product strategy, business analysis excellence, AI adoption, and fostering the next generation of business analysis professionals through community engagement and knowledge sharing.
